1. Passport (for balikbayan / foreigner)
2. Proof of Billing 
3. Photocopy of Driver's License 
4. Valid ID (company ID / PRC ID)


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gasoline

RENTER must return the vehicle with same quantity of gas as indicated on the check list or trip ticket. Any deficiency would be charged to the renter. However, there will be no refund for excess gas.

Mode of Payment
Renter should pay advance rental in cash and a deposit of Php3,000 (for car) /Php5,000 (for van).

Collision and Damage Waiver
The renter is liable to pay for the minimum of Php3,500 and maximum of Php7,500 and 20% to the damage parts.

Parking Fees/Toll Fees/Traffic Fines
Responsibility of the renter.

Delivery and Pick Up
500 PHP within Metro Manila.

Reservation
Must be made at least 2days before actual rental rate.
