Philippine Airlines (PAL) launches a major promo today with the "Downpour Deals" offering cheap seats on PAL's domestic, regional and international destinations. This is for travel from July to December 2011. Roundtrip international and regional flights are available for as low as 70 dollars while domestic seats are up for the grab for as low as P788 one-way.
