TERMS

Transient occupants

1. Full payment upon check-in.
2. Security deposit of P2,500.00 is collected by host upon check-in to be refunded in full upon check out (provided that nothing is missing from or is damaged in the unit).

For Monthly Renters

1. 1 month deposit, two months advance is required.
2. Security deposit is P5,000.00.





HOUSE RULES

1. No Smoking. 
2. Do not leave water and power running while out of the unit. 
3. Turn off air conditioning unit when leaving the condo.
4. Turn off light switches and unplug appliances when leaving the condo.
5. Unit must be kept tidy at all times.
