Travel plans don't always go as planned. Here's some essential information that you will need if your Airphil ticket has to be changed.
NAME CHANGE/TICKET TRANSFER
Airphil Express allows name change subject to a fee of Php1,344.00 per name change. The passenger named on the ticket is the only authorized person to transfer his ticket to another person. He must present his ticket to any Airphil TicketOffice. This must be done more than 24 hours prior to his scheduled flight departure time.
RE-BOOKING
Airphil Express does not allow flight changes within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. If you need to re-book your flights, do it before the cut-off time.
The charges for flight change outside of twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time are provided for below, subject to the following conditions:
1. if a lower fare is available, the difference in fares will NOT be refunded to the passenger;
2. if the new flight booked is in a higher fare class than that of the canceled booked flight, the difference in fares shall be paid by the passenger before the cancellation or change can be made;
3. the change is not confirmed until the airline issue you or you print a new Itinerary and/or booking number;
4. changes on route(s) are not allowed.
REBOOKING FEE
Domestic
- Php1344.00/route, changes made 1 day prior the scheduled flight.
International
- Php1,000.00 or
- Php1,500.00 depending on the type of ticket fare class.
